We are pleased to announce several new vacancies as part of our ongoing commitment to growing cricket in Surrey and delivering on the ECB’s Inspiring Generations 2.0 strategy.

This exciting period of growth and restructuring offers unique opportunities for passionate individuals to join a dynamic team dedicated to inspiring future generations of cricketers.

Available Positions:

  • Clubs and Facilities Manager: to oversee the development and maintenance of cricket facilities across Surrey, support clubs in their growth and sustainability, and lead a team responsible for all aspects of club development.
  • Leagues Co-ordinator: to oversee the administration of adult and junior cricket leagues in Surrey, including the upcoming integration of women’s cricket into the league structure.
  • Secondary Schools Officer: To develop and deliver cricket programmes in schools, working closely with the SSCA and other stakeholders to ensure consistent, impactful, and well-promoted initiatives.
  • Primary Schools Officer: To deliver and develop cricket programmes in primary schools, working closely with other team members to ensure consistency and impact, and to improve the programme’s social media presence and evaluation.
  • Programmes and Business Development Manager: To develop and deliver revenue-generating cricket coaching programmes, leading the Foundation’s Disability Development Programme, and increasing women and girls’ participation. The successful candidate will manage a team, oversee programme delivery, and generate revenue to fund community initiatives.
